Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 15 July 2026

1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the AI@Work website (the "Site"), operated by Solicitech Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. AI@Work is editorial, not legal advice

AI@Work provides independent news, research, and analysis on how artificial intelligence is affecting the HR profession and the workplace. All content is for general information and editorial purposes only. It is not legal advice and is not a substitute for professional advice on a specific matter. Solicitech is not a law firm.

For answers to specific UK or US employment-law questions, use our sister service Lex HR or consult a qualified solicitor or attorney.

3. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful, personal, or internal business purposes. You must not:

  • Use the Site in any way that breaks applicable law or regulation.
  • Scrape, harvest, or systematically copy content without our written permission.
  • Attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorised access to the Site or its systems.
  • Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any organisation.

4. Intellectual property

All content on AI@Work — including articles, reports, images, branding, and code — is owned by or licensed to Solicitech Ltd and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may read, share links, and quote short excerpts for non-commercial purposes, provided you credit AI@Work and link back to the source page. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit our content without our written permission.

5. Links to third parties

The Site may contain links to external websites, sources, and services. We are not responsible for the content, practices, or availability of any third-party site. We provide links for reference and do not endorse the linked sites unless we expressly say so.

6. Disclaimers and liability

We aim to keep the Site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solicitech Ltd excludes liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its content, except where caused by our fraud, wilful misconduct, or gross negligence.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, and nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated terms.

8. Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
