- Admin accounts: email address and authentication credentials used to sign in to the editorial dashboard. We do not see your password.
- Essential cookies and server logs: technical data needed to keep the site secure and available, such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited. We do not use this for behavioural profiling.
3. How we use your data
We use your data to:

8. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit, access controls, and regular security reviews. No online service is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to keep your information safe.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any material changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of AI@Work after changes means you accept the updated policy.
